Who says Enter The Matrix sucks? It rocks once you get the hang of it. It slightly sucks as it takes 3.5 Gigs to install... :'(
WARNING!!!!: Go watch the movies 1st. You'll then understand the plot and story. This game is unable to stand alone by itself.

3 words, Fun and Buggy. Fun because it is fun to kick agent's, police's, SWAT's, that guy who protects The Orcale, Trinity's, and alot more asses. Play as Niobe, Captian of the Logos or Ghost, the 1st Mate of the Logos. Both have different stories but all ends the same way. The story is in conjunction with The Matrix Reloaded story. I'm not spoiling the story. Go play the game! When you get the game, quickly get the Infinite Focus Cheat from any cheat site ( unless you want all the fun taken away ). Focus launches you into "Bullet Time" where everything slows down and bullets wave are visible. You can do really cool moves when in slow-motion and watch that guy you are kicking fly through the air and landing on the floor. You'll still get killed many times either by an agent or falling to your death. So many people to kick around, so many repeated animations. There is also some driving mission ( a constant headache due to poor driving AI) and a hovercraft mission ( rather short ). It would be more fun if there was something like the Dojo from "The Matrix". Maybe someone would come up with it. The game is rather buggy like people clipping into walls or sudden change of animation or guns and people spinning in the air ( a glitch in the matrix!!!) but you'll ignore it if you concentrate on the goals. ( Or have all The Sims expansion packs as all of them mess things up and make the game buggy. But I'm used to it.) The hacking aspect is fun but too short. Or maybe there is more to be discovered. The last thing you'll hear is "Follow The White Rabbit." Maybe there is a rabbit around.

The engine is superb. Loading time is fast. But all this comes at a cost. Poor textures, blocky things and really dark places. I recommend players to play at 1024X768 with full anti-aliasing on. I never got low FPS and played rather smoothly. The bullet trails look more like a white worm being stretched but it does it's job. Niobe has this very attractive effect of a reflection on her coat. Everyone's sunglasses is rendered to a funny reflection thingy. But you won't be seeing the sunglasses most of your time.
If you are not bothered with the blocky things everywhere, you can live with this game.
Sound: 9
Very Matrixy. Nice Techno music and Rock music, music and sounds are from the movie. A glitch sent one point down. Music tends to repeat or play at the wrong time. Hopefully a patch would be released to fix this.
Replayablity: 4
I finnished the game with Ghost and Niobe in 3 days, each day about 4 hours. Far too short. Replaying isn't worth your time but the good thing about it is you can see the 'Crash' from the Reloaded movie again and again and the Matrix Revolution Trailer. At least you get rewarded with nice movies.
Reviewer's Opinion: 7
The game is rather fun in my opinion. The graphics are average and the difficulty is there. But the game is too short and there is not much of a change of story between Niobe and Ghost. You just play them on the same missions most of the time. Niobe driving sucks, some of the fighting moves are repeative and the thrills are rather short. The game barely gives you the Matrix feel. I recommend renting it or lending it from someone. 4 discs ain't worth for this game.
